WinLink (Digital Message) Drills

Hello,

We currently have (at least) 3 weekly Winlink message drills
being conducted at the state, Northern California, and local levels within the San Joaquin Valley section.

The drills involve digital message creation, via a pro-forma
template from within the “Winlink Express” application.
